Wayne V. Snider, Ph.D., M.Ed. is a seasoned professional, educator, counselor, clinician, coach, consultant, and author whose work is grounded in the intersection of education, human development, mental health, leadership, and professional practice. With more than 25 years of experience spanning education, counseling, therapeutic services, special education, adult education, and organizational leadership, Dr. Snider brings a multidisciplinary perspective to helping individuals and organizations navigate complex challenges and pursue meaningful growth.
Dr. Snider holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Pastoral Counseling, a Master's degree in Pastoral Counseling, a Master of Education in Special Education – Cross Categorical, and a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies,. He is also pursuing an Ed.D. in Educational Psychology and Technology, further expanding his expertise in learning, human development, educational systems, and the responsible integration of technology into professional practice.
Throughout his career, Dr. Snider has served in diverse educational and human-services settings across multiple states, working with children, adolescents, adults, families, educators, and professionals. His experience includes special education, adult education, case management, mental health services, therapeutic residential care, social services, professional development, and leadership. This breadth of experience informs his holistic approach to coaching, consulting, counseling, and clinical support.
As Principal, Dr. Snider provides strategic leadership for his practice while remaining directly engaged in the work. His approach is collaborative, strengths-based, culturally responsive, and informed by both professional preparation and more than two decades of practical experience. He helps clients identify challenges, clarify goals, develop sustainable strategies, and translate insight into meaningful action.
As a Coach, Dr. Snider supports individuals seeking greater clarity, personal growth, leadership development, and professional effectiveness. As a Consultant, he partners with educators, organizations, leaders, and professionals to address systemic challenges, strengthen practices, and develop solutions that are both practical and sustainable. As a Counselor and Clinician, his work is informed by his background in pastoral counseling, human services, and clinical practice, with an emphasis on the whole person. As an Educator, he draws upon extensive experience in teaching, special education, adult learning, professional development, and educational leadership.
